TICO
Born 20th Aug 2016 / arrived May 2019

Tico is a bouncy, boisterous lad who initially will build your biceps on walks!  However I’m sure this initial enthusiasm for everything will quickly calm as he gets used to his new life. He is one happy lad!

If this young man, who is not even 3 years old yet, interests you, please contact the kennels on 01227 722847 to talk to Brian or go and visit him!

BERTIE

Bertie is a lovely black gent with 1 ½ ears who has been with us a good few months.

Bertie is looking for a home where he is an only dog or possibly there is another greyhound.  He will not live with other breeds or other small animals.
If this handsome boy with his unique ears is for you, please contact the kennels on 01227 722847 to talk to Brian

LENNY

OLIVER
Born 4th May 2016 arrived Feb 2019 & May 2019

Oliver, has only just turned 3 years old but has already been out and returned once.Such a shame for a young lad but it seems that he suffers from problems when travelling. If you can offer this young chap a place in your heart and home, and are prepared to work on his travel issues with the
support of the kennels, then please contact the kennels on 01227 722847 to talk to Brian about the details.
Millie (living with Milo)
Born 2010  / Arrived July 2018
Millie is a shy and sensitive girl and may initially come across aloof, but once she gets to know you and you gain her trust, she turns into a very loving and affectionate doggie. She loves her cuddles and chatters at any fuss. She enjoys playing with her toys just as much as she loves her bed, pyjamas, blanket and food! She is house trained, well behaved, excellent on the lead and doesn’t climb on furniture. She can’t safely navigate down the staircase without help, and isn’t cat-friendly. She would be best suited for a recently retired couple so she can get enough fuss time.  She is a little uncomfortable around children and usually chooses not to engage. Older children who understand and respect her personal space would be absolutely fine. Millie likes her peace and will often retreat to a quiet room when things get too noisy for her.
If you would like to be her forever buddy, please contact the kennels on 01227 722847

ROSE
Born 23rd Sept 2015/Arrived May 2019

Rose came across as a calm, sweet-natured lady during her photo shoot who absolutely loved chin scratches and ear rubs. She happily walked past the other kennel dogs who were having a good bark and totally ignored them; far too laid back to worry!

If this 3 ½ year old lady appeals to you, please contact the kennels on 01227 722847 to talk to Brian or go and visit her!
Milo (living with Millie)
Born 2011 / Arrived Nov 2018

Milo is a gentle, playful boy who is very loyal and loves any attention. He loves car trips whether it’s to the park or beach, playing with his teddy bear and ball and spending time in the garden. Although brimming with confidence at home, he needs a little encouragement and care when on walks where loud road noises can sometimes startle him. He is house trained, well behaved, excellent on the lead and doesn’t climb on furniture.Milo struggles with slippery floors, can’t safely navigate down the staircase without help, and they isn’t cat friendly. He would be best suited for a recently retired couple so they can get enough fuss time and Milo finds children who are forthcoming a little intimidating. If this handsome boy might be the one for you, please contact the kennels on 01227 722847
SPIKE
Born September 2015 / Arrived January 2019
Very sadly Spike has bounced back again to us, this time after just 2 days due to what appear to be night terrors. He requires an experienced owner
who is up for the challenge of helping this lovely lad, who is great during the day, to overcome whatever it is he can’t cope with at night.
If you are the person who can stick with him with the support of the kennels and behaviourist, then please contact Brian at the kennels on 01227 722847 to discuss this 5-year-old

Born September 2012 / Arrived April 2018

Newly arrived Minnie appears to be a confident middle aged lady who was happy, waggy and outgoing during her photos.
She came across as a cheeky monkey and as she has apparently eaten 3 house collars in the week she’s been with the kennels, a home with the patience and understanding to teach her what’s edible and what’s not will be required!

1st July 2015 / Arrived April 2019

Scarlett has just joined the kennels to look for her forever home.  She’s a little bewildered by all the new things at the moment, although she was rather fascinated with the chickens, so it is likely she will need to learn her manners around small furries
Scarlett will be 4 years old this summer so still has plenty of years to spend on someone’s sofa.
